10/2/2009: Class 56303 – RVEL Derby
Carry out performance testing of Fastline operated Class 56 locomotive, following operator reports of low power and poor emissions.
Diagnosed fault as defective camshaft section.
Replaced camshaft elements and retimed power unit, culminating in load bank testing at RVEL in Derby.
